Unable To Upload Media

I cannot upload images to my site and no permission changes have been made by any Admins of the site.

When I try to upload images, I get the following message:
Unable to create directory uploads/2015/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I’ve tried uploading via both the media library and to the posts themselves.
