hi, i have read every post i could find going back years with the problem of uploading failing with http error.
tried all the fixes people suggested (even the file permissions, Default to GD, etc).
and spent a good amount of time with my godaddy tech and they have nothing happening that would stop an upload.
20k file uploads fine. anything bigger and http error.
somebody must know something, please.

Maybe this will work with you. Upload the files manually via FTP on the directory /wp-content/uploads.

After uploading, these files will not be shown into the Media library of your Dashboard. However, you can use some plugins like Media File Manager to show these files.
