I am no longer able to upload photos to the gallery.

Add Images -> Upload Files -> Select File -> Processing uploaded files…

    Error is:
“Allowed upload types JPG, JPEG…” etc.
    Filename (upload failed)

The files are all jpgs. I’ve tried dragging and dropping and selecting by folder, but I have the same error.

    Photo Gallery version is 1.8.19

    Hi,

Thanks a lot for the details.

Can you please upload the image that failed to upload on Google Drive and then send a link to that? We will make sure that the issue is not coming from the image.

    Thanks!

Here is a hi-res and low res of a sample photo.

Please note these and hundreds of other images were previously in the gallery with no issues. I removed them to reorganize the gallery, and now receive the error and can no longer upload any file to any location using the plugin.

    Hi,

Could you please increase the upload_max_filesize in your server’s php.ini settings?

Please let us know if it helps?

    Thanks!

It’s currently 256M. What would I change it to? The file I’m uploading is less than 200k.

    Hi,

Please try to increase to 512M.

    Thanks!

Sorry, but that change had no affect.
