unable to upload a child theme

    just creating a new thread for this issue

    right now I am struggling with this.. I have created a child theme, uploaded it, but it still says

    Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name 	Description
JustWrite Child Theme 	The parent theme is missing. Please install the "JustWrite" parent theme.

    Below is the code inside the style.css file of the child theme

    and I believe it should work. Is there anything I am missing right now?
