    The message “In order to use Client Dash, your database needs to be upgraded and your previous customizations need to be migrated. It is highly advised to backup your database first. ” Is on the top of the admin page. If we click on Upgrade and Migrate we get a blank page but nothing else happens. Message stays and we are unable to access the plugin in any way. Clicking on Settings in the extension section says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Sorry for this issue. Can you do me a favor and enable WP_DEBUG, then try again? There will most likely be some error text output on the screen. Once you do this, can you send that error message over here in its entirety?

    We enabled WP_DEBUG, unfortunetly still no message (even in the log with define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );)

    Again, apologies for this. We did just discover a potential bug that probably was impacting your site and we just pushed an update. Please update to 2.0.2 and the bug should disappear.
