    Hi, I have payed for the 30 USD version of Form Maker,
    have followed your instructions to delete/deactivate followed by
    install/activate BUT does not appear to have upgraded.

    Please can you advise.

    Please login at web-dorado.com, go to My account and download the paid version of the plugin you have bought from us.

    Now please enter plugins section, deactiavte and delete the current version and install the downloaded pro version of the plugin.
