Unable to update (WP v. 4.9.13)

  • No update is shown as being available despite older version installed. Need to update.
    I updated WP to 5.X in a staging environment and then I am able to see the update option for Elementor. Unable to update Live/Production to WP 5.X because waiting on development for other plugins that will break when updated to 5.X. Please help me figure out how to update Elementor and Elementor Pro to latest version without breaking my site and losing all my pages that are built with Elementor. Thank you!

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
