    Hi there,

I missed updating to newer versions of WordPress between 4.1.7 and 4.3.1 (due to work commitments away from internet access). When I went into my Dashboard I found the screen like https://aclassicyacht.com/activities/zz/ (but WP Version 4.1.7).

When I clicked on the Plugins tab or tried to deactivate them it sent me to a ‘Nothing Found’ page as in the photo below Dashboard photo at https://aclassicyacht.com/activities/zz/. When I tried to Update the theme via Theme Options it went to the same page.

I looked online and saw that you shouldn’t update directly between too many WordPress versions. But when I went into my Arvixe hosting site C-Panel, Softaculous said a new version of WP was available …. so i clicked on it and it seems to have updated to Version 4.3.1. ?? (see dashboard image https://aclassicyacht.com/activities/zz/)

But I still can’t update the Theme or access the Plugins. It seems to not find the updater. I don’t actually use the plugins so could delete them all??

What should I do? Would reinstalling WordPress via FTP to C-Panel help eventho the Dashboard shows current version. If so can you direct me to current instructions to reinstall via FTP. All the forums threads I find when i search seem old.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Adding to above. I installed the newest version of the Theme in C-Panel but that did not change anything on my WP Dashboard ….. it is still showing 1 update for the child theme.
