Unable to update user

  • I am unable to update users on this site: thoppelaw.com.

    The site is running on WPEngine through Cloudflare (yes, I’ve deleted all caches and reset file permissions).

    All themes, plugins, etc. are up to date.

    I can ADD a user, although even that is strange as it autofills a bunch of data. When I try to edit a user the save button is grayed out. In addition, user info from another user (since deleted) fills in the first and last name fields after a second.

    I’ve disabled ALL plugins – no change. I’ve changed to the Twenty Fifteen theme – no change.

    Extraordinarily perplexed. Any assistance is appreciated.

    I was just having this problem a few minutes ago. I had just changed the password at request of a client. I saved it, came back, and wasn’t able to save anymore. In my case, I had just used a “weak password” (at request of client). In order to save further changes, I had to click the “Confirm use of weak password” check box whenever saving further changes.
