Unable to Update to WP 3.8.1

  • I received an email from WordPress saying that WordPress was unable to update the site albans-oil.net to WordPress 3.8.1 automatically and asking me to go into the admin end of the site and manually update it. I went into the admin end and clicked on the update button. The following is the message I received:

    Installation Failed
