unable to update to the latest version

    Hi,

    I am using the pro version but are unable to update the recent upate.

    “Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”

    Any idea how to solve this problem?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply; I thought I replied to you already. In fact, this concerns the Pro version, so you should contact me directly for this (WordPress doesn’t allow Pro support on those forums).

    But basically, you need to remove the serial key, save, re-enter it, save, and it should work. That happens because the URL of your website might have changed ??
