Unable to update the description

  • Hello,

    I’m not able to update the description of member. I’m able to see the updated text but it doesn’t save.

    I’m using WordPress version 5.2.2.

    Hi,

    Once you have edited the description and closed the editor box, make sure you publish the team in WordPress, if you don’t, the changes will be lost.

    Also try editing your bio from another browser/computer.

    Thank you, I tried editing that from Firefox, Chrome, Safari on Mac, and then published the team in WordPress.
    But I couldn’t save my text.

    Hi,

    Can you check for a plugin conflict please?

    In order to check if the issue is related to a plugin conflict (or theme conflict), could you please deactivate all your plugins (except Team Members) and check if it works. If it does work, please reactivate them one by one and check each time if Team Members still works. This will allow us to find the conflicting plugin. If this does not work, try switching to the default WordPress theme and check if the plugin works. Sometimes the issue can be theme related.
