Unable to Update Staging Site

Hello

I have a staging site created. However I have done some changes to the live site and would also like the staging site to be updated similar to the live site.

I updated the staging site by clicking on update but I uncheckeed database updates.

However it doesn’t update and eventually when I go to the staging wp-admin link and login, it would redirect me to the live wpadmin page instead.

Could you help me with that please.
