    Hi, all.

    So I’m experiencing an issue which doesn’t let me update my ‘Information hub’ through my wp-admin page (This is our members page for our employees)

    This page consists of documents, guidelines, and company policies.

    Everytime we update the page (whether we add content or not) We get the below error message;

    “This page isn’t working

    https://www.metropolis-surveyors.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”

    Does anyone have an idea as to why this may be happening?

    Thank you,

    Rob.

  • Can you clarify your issue? You need to be logged in and open https://www.metropolis-surveyors.com/information-hub/ page? And then user will see this issue?
    Cause I just opened your page, but can’t see this error.

    Yes you have to be logged into the site to view the actual page (But the problem consists within the WordPress dashboard)

    Its a problem from within the WordPress Dashboard – Every time we click to the edit the page and add further content, it displays the error message.

    So we are actually unable to edit the page whatsoever.

    I have contacted my server host – and it appeared that I had exceeded my bandwidth for this particular page.
