  • I’m having this same issue. Did you ever figure out what was going on?

I’m not able to reproduce the issue. Are you using other plugins, are you using the multi site feature? Which version of UAM and WP are you using?

Thanks for the response. WordPress and UAM were both up to date with the latest versions. I tried to deactivate, delete, reinstall, and reactivate but it does the same thing. I’m certain it’s not UAM as I’m running an identical configuration (plugins, themes, configuration, host, etc) elsewhere without issue. I’m guessing it’s something glitchy in my .htaccess or SSL certificates and I was hoping someone had encountered and resolved the same issue. For now I’ve switched to a different plugin to handle access management, but I already miss the simplicity of UAM. If I ever figure it out I’ll try to remember to come back here and update.

You could try it with a different browser.

@jas0n Any success with an other browser?

No success. I only have Chrome and Safari available and neither one works. Like I said before, I don’t believe it’s an issue with UAM as it works on another site (same host). I’ve tried building a new WP site using a spare domain name I had, and restoring the Pages from the old site onto the new, and I have the save issues. Some other plugins, like NGG, also exhibit some bizarre behavior so my belief is that my host is running something like ModSec and that’s messing with things.

I really appreciate the follow-up, and I’m happy to provide more details if it helps you resolve the issue.

Do you have the ngg extension installed?

No, not anymore, but I can put it back on if there’s something you specifically want me to look for. NGG had a different issue; I was unable to activate the plugin. I can activate UAM, but I can’t save the Settings.

No, but as I remember there was an issue related to the ngg uam plugin related to the settings.
