Unable to update Reviews – Error 0003: Error 1055

Hi dear support team,

Up to now I updated manually my Google reviews on my site. Today this update is no longer possible. I get the following message when trying :

Error 0003: Error 1055: Something went wrong. Unable to find reviews. Please try again using Search Terms. Or contact us for help. Error Code: 0

Place ID is correct.

In a topic of the forum that gives the same problem with same errors, your team talks about possible abuse of the system. Could this be the problem?

Could you please advise?
