Unable to update ProfileGrid Login Logout Menu plugin

    Even though my license for this is activated: “Your License key is activated for lifetime”, the ProfileGrid Login Logout Menu plugin will not update. It is stuck on Version 1.5?.

    Oddly, there are two update notices in the plugin listing:
    – “There is a new version of ProfileGrid Login Logout Menu available.?Update now.“
    – “There is a new version of ProfileGrid Login Logout Menu available.?View version 1.7 details?or?update now.”

    Hello @admai,

    You can manually update the plugin on your site by first downloading the extension’s ZIP file to your computer. Once downloaded, install the ZIP file as a new plugin on your site. Before doing this, make sure to delete the previous version of the extension from the Plugins list in your Dashboard. You can refer to the following steps to download the extensions from your account on our site:

    1. Log in to your account on ProfileGrid website.
    2. Click on the ‘View Details and Download’ link.
    3. On the next page, you should see all the extensions available with your purchase.
    4. Download and install them.
