Unable to update Pro version

    I cannot update the User Role Editor Pro to the recent version. Whenever I attempt an update I get this message

    An error occurred while updating User Role Editor Pro: Before you can receive product updates, you must first authenticate your Elegant Themes subscription. To do this, you need to enter both your Elegant Themes Username and your Elegant Themes API Key into the Updates Tab in your theme and plugin settings. To locate your API Key, log in to your Elegant Themes account and navigate to the Account > API Key page. Learn more here. If you still get this message, please make sure that your Username and API Key have been entered correctly

    I have absolutely checked and rechecked my Elegant Themes username and API key. But, it still gives me this message. Please advise

    This would be related to a way how Elegant Themes works with update error message. You see error message from another source. Problem may be related to the User Role Editor license key. Go to the “Settings->User Role Editor” and re-check if valid license key was inserted there.

    Recommendation: for all questions related to Pro version use dedicated forum or contact-us form at role-editor.com. This forum is for the questions related to a free version only.
