Unable to update header image email templates

    Hi there,

    I cannot change the header image on the email template. Can anyone assist?

    could you please explain in more detail what the problem is? Do you get any error messages, which steps have you taken, which part specifically is not working for you?

    Hi there,

    Thanks. No error messages. I upload the header image, and use the image link in the box, hit save and preview but nothing is saved. If I change the format of the template from header image to text only, same thing the template doesn’t save any changes.
