Unable to update footer Widget link text color.

Add this to your child theme”s style.css

footer#footer a {
color: red; //ADJUST
}

Thank you this solved my problem. i can change now color of text links in the widgets. But there is another issue which i can’t fix currently. Am placing categories on the widget part and I can’t change color of title of category. By default it is set white. please assit.

Thank you for the support, but I need to change category title of the footer widget. You advised me ealier how to change the footer widget text link color.

Then try adding this

.widget-title {
  color: red;
}

hello Menaka,
it didnot work , it changes the side bars only. it does not change the footer.

Please try this

footer#footer h3 {
color: red;
}
