Unable to update email settings – 403 forbidden

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to change the email settings so that new members recveive an email once they have been approved/ rejected but every time I click save changes I get a 403 Forbidden you do not have permission to acess this document message. I’m log in to wordpress as admin. WordPress version and all plugins up to date at latest versions. Can anyone help?!
