Unable to update, delete reinstall

    Hi,
    I have been trying to update this plugin
    and I get this error message
    The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
    I then tried to delete and reinstall – I can’t delete using ftp or delete thru wordpress due to permissions which I can’t change thru FTP
    Any suggestions?

    Hi Vicki,

    You will need to contact with your hosting support to ask them to fix the permission/ownership issue to allow your WordPress and your FTP user to perform these operations.
