Unable to update colors

Sorry to hear you are having problems saving the colors on your Crio site. Can you please provide some more info so we can troubleshoot?

1. Please navigate to Site Health > Info > Copy site info to clipboard and paste in this ticket
2. Are there any console errors? Here are instructions to see them: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/
3. What plugins are active on the site?

Thanks for the reply. I was actually able to get the hosting provider to whitelist the files I needed in order to allow the colors to be updated.

I am having the same problem. My site is hosted on bluehost. What should I do?

@vpenhune I had to contact support at bluehost. They had to make a change on their side to allow it. From the response I received from them:

“there was a mod_security rule on the link https://[myURL]/wp-admin/customize.php . I have whitelisted the rule.”
