    This appears to be true for events prior to the update. ie. I was able to update an event just added. But not an older event from a few weeks ago.

    I’m not able to reproduce this; do you have any more details you can share? Do you get any specific errors?

    Sadly, there are no errors of any kind. Pressing the update button is simply futile. You actually still have admin access on our site from a long time ago if that helps. I’m trying to update event ID 131 specifically.

    More info: We moved virtual servers since that event. Could there be a behind the scenes path or url conflict maybe?

    did you see my post about being unable to edit existing (older) events, today?
    i was not able to change the date of an event, did not test changing other elements of the event though;

    I’ll take a look. If I can reproduce it, that’ll definitely help identifying the options.

    I logged in, and I was able to edit event ID 131 without any trouble; I couldn’t see any signs of problems. Is there a specific field you’re trying to edit that’s causing a problem, perhaps?

    So I can edit just fine. But I am unable to press the Update Button and get any results. For example. I want to add Learning Box to the Category in the edit and then Press Update. Or simply add new text and press Update. I can’t get that to work.

    Yes, when I say “I was able to edit”, I mean “I was able to edit the text and then click ‘Update’ and save those edits’.

    Just tested, and I was also able to add the Learning Box category without trouble.

    What browser are you using? Perhaps it’s a browser issue.

    Thanks Joe. So I have our Hosting Service that moved our virtual server also working on a parallel problem involving a path/URL problem for a different product. I wonder if they fixed that during this same time frame and it corrected this problem as well?

    On another look, it appears to be a Safari problem. I am still unable to update using Safari. However, using Firefox, there is no problem. So now the question is why? Is it some new Safari setting? It is likely on my end. I will report back once I figure it out.

    If you’re also able to make edits now, then – possibly just a weird coincidence. I’m not sure why that would be relevant, but… :shrug:, I guess?
