I cannot update database after plugin update.
When I try to click anything happens.
In the browser console I get a couple of errors.
Just replaced the directory with the old one and folders are there.
    Any idea?
Can you give me the mysql query to manually perform in my database to proceed?
    Thanks!

    Hi @artmobbing ,

Thanks for using FileBird, sorry about that issue, can you please send me a screenshot of the console error so that I can assist you in solving this asap?

Also, when you said this “Just replaced the directory with the old one and folders are there.”

==> Do you mean the issue was fixed? And how exactly did you replaced the directory, please?

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    -Bruce-

Hi Bruce and thanks for your extra-rapid reply.
The problem was just with “Post Duplicator” plugin by metaphor creation.
It was due by a jquery conflict.
Maybe it’s useful to know for you.
Just uninstalled the duplicator and your plugin’s db update procedure worked like a charm.

Also, when you said this “Just replaced the directory with the old one and folders are there.”

Just meaning that I temporarly replaced the folder with the old one to see if the directories were still there…
    Thanks a lot.
