Unable to unload mp3 file size above 1MB

    In my wordpress website i m trying to upload a MP3 / audio file of size above 2MB then it is showing me the error “Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully.” But tthe file is not uploaded.

    And If I upload the pdf file of same size i.e. above 2MB then it is getting uploaded successfully.

    Maximum upload file size: 512 MB.

    What can be the issue

    I am having the same issue as well. mp3 or mp4 files 1MB can’t be uploaded. I trimmed them to 999K and was able to upload. Let me ask you, are you uploading to a multi-site? In my case I have a multi-site and the issue is only on the sub-domains. If I upload a 10MB mp3 to the main site of the multi-site I have no problem.

    In fact, the problem is exactly that. The plugin doesn’t work on a multi-site in my case for any file type beyond the main site. I tried to upload a jpg 1.5MB and didn’t work.

    Hi @bhavna11 and @jrfalck while you increase file size with our plugin then its allow to upload larger file size but if your hosting provider not allow to upload larger size then it will not be possible.

    You can ask your hosting provider to increase file size.
