Unable to uninstall

    Hello, after installation and testing I’m trying to uninstall this plugin – but, when the modal ask why I’m uninstalling and confirming that I want to delete all data as well, the process freeze.
    Now I’d like to know if it’s enough (and not harmful for my db data) to deactivate the plugin, delete it and remove all the database tables with “give_” prefix. Thank you.

  • I am installing on a godaddy wordpress account and it gives me a critical error unpacking the zip file. If I try and copy the source files using the plesk file upload I also get an error at some point during the file uploades. I think there might be an issue with filenames (or folders) starting with the “.” . Please advise! Thank you!

    ?Glad you reached out. I can help you with that.

    You said that you are getting a critical error, correct? That error message is a WordPress system-generated message that means something has caused a PHP fatal error. Whenever you see that message, it means that a more detailed error log has been sent to the main admin email address (which you can configure at Settings > General in the main WordPress settings).

    Check that email, and then pass along any error messages you are getting, and we’ll be able to help. Every time you see that error, it sends another email, so if you need to, you can trigger a new email to be able to see the error message again.
