Unable to Translate Buttons and Cart, Account text

Hi, i love your plugin, but i am having just a few issues. i hope you can help me.
(not i am not strong at code, and rely on whats used in admin panel only)

Everything on my site seems to translate well apart from a few strangely selective items (and i cant find them in the string translation page)

View Cart, Shipping, Shipping to, Proceed to Checkout, Coupon, Apply Coupon, Update Cart, Change address, And city Locations in the drop down lost – All located on the Cart page & Checkout page.

i am translating English to Thai.
