Unable to train AI

I’ve been unable to train the AI module.

First I tried your scraping tool for my website. While it scanned the page titles for prompts it collected nothing for the completion. It trained to a degree in that it responded with page links but no chat. (1)

So then I tried creating a tailored prompt and completion jnol file in the format you prescribe. Only 20 or so lines but well written and tailored for our company. However I try to upload and train, whichever model I am getting no personalisation at all. In fact it still seems stuck on 1 above. I’m still getting the page link responses.
