    I am unable to track eCommerce under “Conversions” in the “Channels” section. All the data is currently 0.

  • Same problem here. Since three days ago it stopped tracking conversions (everywhere, not just in Channels) and it’s impossible to access the settings page. I’ve tried updating the plugin and nothing happened.

    just noticed this as well that it stopped tracking transaction data about a week ago.. right around when I updated the plugin. any way we can revert back to the previous version?

    Canyou confirm that when trying to access the settings page this is the URL being used – wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=integration&section=google_analytics– (add your domain at the start)

    I can confirm that test purchases on my own site are still showing. I looked at Google Analytics –

    * https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web
    * Conversions > Ecommerce > Overview

    Can you let you know exactly the section I should look at to replicate this please @etanaris? You can share an anonymized screenshot here. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

    To confirm, the last update was 12 days ago and I can see data on my own test Google Analytics account.

    maybe i’ll start a new thread on my particular issue, as I can access the settings page, but am not getting recorded transactions (even though analytics is showing new traffic sources)

    @dougaitken Yes, that is the url being used. What do you mean by section you should look at to replicate?
