Unable to track affiliate links

This should be under Behavior => Events => Top Events:

To set this as a conversion goal you’ll need to specify the primary dimensions of those events that you wish to add as the goal:

i.e. for affiliate links:
eventAction is click
eventCategory is affiliates
eventLabel is URL of the linked-to page

Only one of the above required to create a goal.
