    I would like to request assistance with terminating my jetpack relationship.

    I did start Jetpack when I was using the WordPress environment, with my site being hosted on Inmotionhosting.com. I’ve moved the site to Squarespace for development and will eventually set up the Jetpack process via that configuration.

    Jetpack has been reporting issues of my site being down (and then back up), but I believe it is running from within this www.remarpro.com environment, but reporting on the live site at https://www.fusedwhimsey.com.

    I don’t have access to my previous WP-ADMIN function for the Inmotionhosting.com environment, which I assume is where I should have shut this down before moving the site.

    If I am wrong on where this is coming from, I’d appreciate any comments/suggestions you may have.

    Hi there!

    You should be able to disconnect that site from your account as explained here:

    https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

    If you’re not able to do that, let us know and we’ll have a closer look.

    When I attempt to select My Sites, I get a pop-up box with “Please check your primary site’s jetpack connection” wp-admin X

    Selecting the wp-admin link, it sends me to fusedwhimsey.com/wp-admin, which is not found since my current site is no longer using WP.
