    Hello.

My customers sporadically have the ominous “Unable to store your data” error on my websites, although I don’t want any data of them stored with my quizzes.

I use the plugin to make them progress through a puzzle game and today, a customer had the problem first at the second quiz after completing the first one without the issue. (Link is to the first one, correct answer is 5)

When I delete the cache, the problem does not occur after 5 minutes are over.

A consulted programmer told me that the problem might be a Cross-Origin request that is blocked by the server. The error report is: CORS-headline ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ is missing

Can you discover anything with this?

He also sent me this link: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS/Errors/CORSMissingAllowOrigin

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear @jolofantasie,

    Thank you for the topic.

We checked the case on our end and the given error was not displayed to us.

We strongly believe the problem comes from the PHP cache generated on your website.

    See the screenshot below:

So, please?clear?all?the?caches and check whether the issue persists or not.
Check whether deactivate?PHP?cache?is ticked from the settings of the?cache?plugin.?
If yes, then please?deactivate?it. Make sure the?cache?is?excluded?on the page where the?given quiz?is located.

After?clearing?the?caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another browser/device.

    Thank you.
