Unable to start wordfence scan.

Could you please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics and click Send Report by Email at the top. Use the email wftest at wordfence dot com and also put your forum username in the second field then send those over and let me know when they are sent.

Also on the same page at the bottom in Debugging Options, please enable the option Enable debugging mode. There, if you see the Remote scanning option enabled, please disable it.

Next, go to Wordfence > Scan > Scan Options and Scheduling and in the Performance Options, set the Maximum execution time for each scan stage to 20.

You can then go back to the scan page and cancel any scan which may be running and start a new one. When it hangs up or fails, click the “View Full Log” there above the scan and copy over the top 20 lines or so and send them over here if you could.

I have emailed the scan report to that email.

After that, when I followed up the next steps and did a scan, it completed! (Should I be happy now?) Because the debug options says (it increased memory load) Should I turn it off that now?
