I keep getting the following error “Unable to start the export. Refresh the page and try again” every time I try to export my site using your plugin.

I have done the following to try and resolve the issue:
? Deactivate every plug in one by one and see if it works, it still doesn’t work with every single plugin deactivated
? Gone into phpMyAdmin and analyzed and repaired by database in case of any database issues.

Can you please help me export my site so I can set it up on my new host? I am unable to figure out why this isn’t working and I have been trouble shooting for several hours.

    Thanks so much.

What is the hosting provider that you are using?

I am also experiencing this issue on a site hosted at 1and1. I’ve not run into this issue in years using this plugin on a variety of hosts.

I am also having this problem. I am on a dedicated server, All-In-One WP Migrater works on one site on the same server but not on the other. I have tried turning off all plugins, changing the permissions of the aiwm-backup folder to 777, and switching the theme to 2017.

    Please Help.

I git it to work by completely uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

    The plugin is displaying:
(Unable to export, Unable to run the export. Refresh the page and try again)

I uninstalled the the plugin as suggested above and then installed it and run a backup again and it gave me this message above, Ive never had this message before.

I used it on a developing sites on FLYWHEEL app on my mac with no problem but now its always displaying this message.

    Your help is always appreciated.

To anyone else stumbling on this thread:
I also tried reinstalling the plugin, refreshing the page / clearing cache and cookies and continue to get the message.

What worked for me was logging in to the site using a different admin account and trying to export a backup.

If you repeatedly see the above message (“refresh the page…”) I would recommend that you try to create a different user account (preferably an admin) and try to export a backup.
