Unable to Signin to Timely (hidden items)

I’ve been using the All in one event calendar for a long time and was surprised when it stopped working recently. I uninstalled and reinstalled the most current update and am unable to signin to timely on the Settings page. Every time I click “show form” or “this link” it appends a # to the end of the url but does not clear the display: none to fill in the form to login or sign up. I can manually unhide the form, fill it out, and hit submit and it goes nowhere.
I have:
uninstalled and reinstalled the most up to date version of a1ec
disabled all other pluginsno luck signing in, really frustrating ??
