    So, I’m having a comedy of errors that I”m hoping someone can help out with.

    I signed in to WooCommerce to open a support ticket and get some support.

    I submitted a form from my page. I received a response that landed in my email box. I responded to that message. I got a response to that message. All via email.

    Then, when I responded to the second message, I received a response where I had to log in to the Zen Desk feature (https://automattic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/signin)

    But that’s where the problem is. I used my WooCommerce sign in credentials and it doesn’t work. I then tried my www.remarpro.com credentials to see if those would work. Neither did.

    I wrote support via email to see if they could respond directly via email because of the above problem.

    Their response was another blank message where I had to sign in to Zen Desk.

    So I tried opening another support ticket via WooCommerce Support. That, too, came back blank other than a request to sign in to Zen Desk.

    I’ve written Support multiple times via the email “conversation” thread. EAch time, it comes back I have to sign in to Zen Desk to see the response.

    NOT HELPING.

    So, I tried to change my password on Zen Desk.

    Only, the automatically-generated email I should ahve received has never arrived.

    And I can’t figure out how to get in touch with anyone.

    Anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this dilemma? Times like these I yearn for customer service phone hell. At least after waiting for 45 minutes, I could speak with someone and get the issue resolved.

    Hi there,

    You will not be able to sign into Zendesk to view tickets. Instead you should be able to view them under https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/.
    I see that the ticket is still pending a response from you at this time.

    Please confirm that you can see your ticket when you sign into your WooCommerce.com account. If you can’t I suggest that you open a new ticket to chase up why the ticket is not in your account.

    The ticket is currently in the account that has the email address along the lines of m*******[email protected]
