• Hello HubSpot Plugin support,

    After disconnecting the plugin from an old domain, I can no longer sign into the plugin. Nothing happens when I click on ‘Sign in here’ on the plugin’s landing page.
    I am running Windows 11, and have tried both Chrome and Firefox, in standard and incognito modes. JavaScript is not blocked from running on the page, and cookies (including 3rd party ones) are enabled.
    The website is running WordPress version 6.0.2, and I am running the latest version of your plugin. I have tried uninstalling reinstalling the plugin to no avail.

    What can be done to resolve this issue?

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Is there an error message after you click on the ‘Sign in’ button?
    If yes, can you send a screenshot of it to our support email at [email protected]?

    Also, can you record a HAR file and include it in the email? It could help us debug the issue. Here are instructions on how to capture a HAR file.

    Hi Gearoid,

    Turns the issue was my Pi-hole network wide DNS ad-blocker was blocking one of the HubSpot URLs required for logging in – I disabled it, and now I can login as expected.
