  • Perhaps delete or rename that plugin (landing-pages) via FTP.

Hi Colin. I am a friend of nehrruths that assisting her in the technical portion.

Thank you for your reply to rename or delete the plugin (landing-page) via FTP. Can i reconfirm with you, if i am going to help her to rename the “landing-page” plugin via FTP, is it has to go to /public_html/wp-content/plugins/ to rename the main folder name “landing-page” ?

If that works, how am I going to use the “landing-page” plugin again? Do I have to install a new one from wordpress admin?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,

This is probably a theme conflict with plugin landing-pages due to tgmpa().Make sure you have latest version of landing-page. Try removing landing-page plugin and re installing it. For more suggestions, refer following URL:

    Hi Colin, Accuwebhosting.

Thank you very much for your input suggestions on this issue.
I finally able to resolve this issue. I FTP to change the name of “landing-page” plugins, and then quickly sign into wordpress admin. Then rename back the “landing-page” plugin and delete the plugin properly at the wordpress admin > plugins menu.

Me and Nehrruth are delighted with such instant and helpful reply. Once again, thank you very much.
