Unable to Set Watermark

I’m unable to add watermark using the bulk actions option to any images with the error message of “Watermark could not be set. The image url is incorrect.” I’ve checked that the watermark url is correct and I’m able to go directly to access the watermark. Can you check if this is a plugin issue?
