Unable to set up plugin on WordPress (stuck in loop)

    Hi. I’m trying to use this after reading all the positive reviews. But I can’t even get it to work.

    WHen you go to their website, i have registered and downloaded the wordpress plugin and installed it. But inside the wordpress plugin (in the wordpress site after installing in it and setting it up and logging in with my Chatwap user) it just says “Connect to wordpress” and redirects me out of wordpress to download the plugin again. And it is just stuck in this loop… Have no idea how or what I am supposed to do to get it installed.

    I did try their chat as well, and it says they are online, but no one is answering.
    Installer is stuck here and just redirecting me back to their homepage to download the plugin yet again (and again).
