Jetpack got deactivated on my site somehow… I am now trying to set it up again but get this message:

This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete the connection.

How do I work around this?

    Hi @johnbownas

As this site is on a WordPress.com Business plan, I would recommend reaching out to WordPress.com support, as the Jetpack connections on these sites work slightly different than on self-hosted sites. They give priority support to Business plan owners as yourself and you can start a live chat with them to get quicker support.

If you sign into your WordPress.com account and click the help symbol in the upper right toolbar, then click Still Need Help? box at the bottom of that pop-out, you will be brought to their support.

They’ll be able to assist you much quicker than we can on the forums.

Thanks – have also tried that… it has them stumped at the moment so I’m awaiting an e-mail back… also hoping they can get to the bottom of why randomly every few weeks all my plugins get disabled…

    Hi @johnbownas

You will have to work with them for assistance on this issue. We are only able to provide assistance with self-hosted Jetpack sites via the forums.

I’m going to mark this thread resolved.
