    Hello,

The error-message indicates that your PEM file does not include the key-part or that you have set a password on the certificate and the password used is wrong.

Hi, I have the same problem. I have followed the instruction on my webbhosts page and inserted the key in the top of the .pm file and added the url in your plugin. I have created two versions, incase of misstakes the first time, of CSR-file, keyfile and the CRT-file but no luck.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Check the path of the file and please note that you should use a file-path not a url.

    Hi,

Sorry it’s a filepath, like(/path/to/file/swish.pm), Im using and not a url.

    Hi,

No, I am sorry. The error message tells us that the certificate is not found or invalid. Unfortunately we do not have any possibility to help with trouble-shooting certificates. I can refer you to a technical consultant that are doing installations (if you want this mail me at [email protected] and i will connect you) or feel free to use us as a technical supplier (this does not require a certificate), it is free of charge for up to 50 transactions per calender month.
