Unable to set commision for product category

Please could you provide more information on what isn’t working/what you are trying to achieve? If possible, please can you share screenshots of what you are seeing on your end, or else where something is missing.

Also, please can you share a copy of your sites System status report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

You can find this via WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

Checking on my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, I am not seeing the same fields as you can see below:

As a first step, can you please share how these fields: Commission Type and Admin Commission from this Categorywere added to your site as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce?

If this was added thru a third-party plugin or a custom code, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
