Unable to set CDN path as HTTPS

    Hi

    Thanks for this useful plugin. I’m having a problem setting the CDN path explicitly to HTTPS. By default it appears in the stylesheet as //cdn.domain.com.

    When I add the path as https://cdn.domain.com – it is printed in the stylesheet as : //https://cdn.domain.com which breaks the functionality.

    Sorry if this has been mentioned somewhere already – I did a search but couldn;t find anything.
