    Hello, I am experiencing the following issue:
    when download link is clicked a new error page opens, saying “Unable to serve the file at this time. The file does not support watermarking.” Nevertheless the file download starts, and the pdf is correctly stamped. Files are Pdf 1.4, Waterwoo is 1.2.4, WordPress is 4.6

    Ok, problem solved — the culprit was apparently “Woocommerce PDF Watermark” plugin that, even if deactivated on my WP, was interferring in some way.
    After removing every trace of its files, Waterwoo is working like a charm as usual.
