Unable to send test email

  • Hi, I cannot send emails from my site after installing SMTP – Not in Test email or in the contact form. The test email doesn’t report an error but it also doesn’t send any real email. It runs out of time and a white page is opening. Is there a place where I can read about trouble shooting? I really don’t know how to proceed to solve it. Thank you so much…

    Hi, Please copy and paste the “server info” part of the settings so I can take a look. Also contact your web host to make sure that port 587 is open and supports TLS encryption.
