    I have a recent problem with Nextgen Gallery. My customers can’t send me proof : they’v got an error message : “Incorrect request” (translated from french).

    I try to have it work with disabling all extention and with an original Worpdress theme : same problem.

    EDIT : I use php 7.4, trying with 7.3 and 8 : same problem

  • Hi Frederic, I’m using Firefox and Windows 10 and got no error from that page, it worked fine, including opening Lightbox images.

    Have you tryed to submit proof (button “envoyer” after selecting some pictures) ? Because I don’t receive any proof request :/

    I’m not sure what you are trying to do … it’s a simple gallery, you can’t “select” the photos…

    Sorry @sfredb, proofing was accidentally broken in the last release. There is a fixed beta available if you login to your members page, and we will be releasing an update on Tuesday the 12th that will include a fix!

    I have an issue with NextGen Proofing. When clients click submit Proofs they get an “Invalid error”. I tried testing the demo that you have on your website for proofing and it gave me the same issue (https://www.imagely.com/wordpress-gallery-plugin/pro-proofing-demo/). I wish I could submit snapshots of the error. Is NextGen Proofing broken again??? !!
    Please help.
