Unable to send Mails with recaptcha V3

Hi. I had this problem several times before and tell it to the support. But to solve it, i have to delete the Captcha Data and create a new one. So this time, i have done a staging Site to test the error.
When i try to send the form with safari browser (15.1) im not able to send the form. Ive got the message, that i should try it later or contact the site admin. On firefox it works. Don’t know what other browser doesn’t works to.
When i create a new captcha logindata for the domain it works for a few weeks, but then the same happen again…
