unable to send form

Hello David,

I am using your awesome plugin which I already told you earlier. But one thing I am noticing for a few days, I am unable to send a form. Even after filling the required fields nothing works. I mean no page reload at all. But this does not happen all the time. Is there any time limit where I need to wait to send another form? Please help me resolve this issue.

I am using WP fastest cache and also on Cloudflare.

The site is https://www.hindusenaindia.org/enrollment/ (It’s in Hindu, Indian national language. However, I hope you can understand the form)
